About Us
Michelle Martinez created the Bagel Bakery in 2008. Michelle has been in the restaurant business over 17 years in California, North Carolina and now in Colorado.
Michelle spent several years taking care of her terminally ill Godparents and is now fulfilling her dream of owning a local neighborhood bagel deli. Michelle enjoys working side by side with her two children, greeting the customers by their first name and creating an atmosphere where locals like to visit their friends, have a great cup of Joe and a hot fresh pastry or true deli sandwich.
